  • Services: Refers to the project-based services provided via our website.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel a project within 3 days of contract signing, provided no major development work or deliverables have been submitted. After this period, partial refunds may apply based on the scope of work completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the project phase:

  • If no work has begun: 100% refund.
  • If work has started: A partial refund may be issued based on completed milestones.
  • After project delivery: No refund unless agreed upon due to specific dissatisfaction within scope.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where significant resources or third-party costs have already been committed.
